Weldy, Lucille F. Age 91, of Bethel Township, Tipp City, Ohio died Saturday, July 15, 2017 in Indianapolis, IN. Born April 7, 1926 in Grayson, KY to Dallas and Mary (Wilcox) Fraley. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marvin in 1998, daughter, Loretta "Joy" Weldy, brother, Haskell Fraley and sister Lois Sammons. Lucille is retired from A.O. Smith Corporation, Tipp City and was a member and deaconess at the Cove Springs United Church of Christ. Surviving are son David (Shary) Weldy, Fletcher, OH and daughter Debbie (Rick) Bearman, Brownsberg, IN. Sister Alene Halterman, Grayson, KY; brother Wayne (Sherry) Fraley, New Carlisle; grandchildren Amber (Mark) Weldy-Evans, Marc (Krista) Weldy, Tara (Ben) Lilly, Erin (Adam) Eberwein, Sara (Tom) Berger, Nathan (Rebecca) Bearman, Chad (Kristy) Bearman and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services 1:30 pm Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371. Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation prior to the service on Wednesday starting at 11:30 am at Frings and Bayliff.
