Burdge, Lloyd H. Lt. Col. 71 of Tipp City, OH passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Born May 16, 1943 in Liberal, KS to the late George and Nellie {Harper} Burdge. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia "Pat" {Davis} Burdge, Tipp City, sons, Tony Burdge, Tipp City, and Matt (Kelly) Burdge, Marblehead, MA, brother, Tom (Kathryn) Burdge, Liberal, KS, sister, Sue Vestal, Palisades, Colorado, and grandchildren, Stanley, Ellie and Leo Burdge, Kaylee and Alex Schlosser. Lloyd proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired as a Lt. Colonel in 1985 he also worked for SAIC in Beavercreek for many years. He enjoyed working on the family farm and spending time with his family. Family will hold a public Meet and Greet on Friday, October 3, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371. Donations may be made in loving memory of Lloyd to Hospice of Dayton.
