Weldy, Loretta "Joy" 60, of Tipp City passed away, Sunday October 4, 2015. She was born September 19, 1955 in Troy, OH. Joy is preceded in death by her father, Marvin Weldy. Joy is survived by her mother Lucille (Fraley) Weldy, brother David (Sharon) Weldy of Fletcher, OH, Sister Debrah (Eric) Bearman, Brownsburg, IN, several nieces and nephews, Amber (Mark Evans) Weldy, Marc (Krista) Weldy, Sara (Thomas) Berger, Tara (Ben) Lilly, Nathan (Rebecca) Bearman, Erin (Adam) Eberwein, Chad (Kristy) Bearman, along with 16 great-grand nieces and nephews. Joy graduated in 1974 from Miami East High School and a graduate of Dayton Barber College. She was a member of Cove Springs Church and was a barber at GQ Hair Designs in Centerville. Joy enjoyed genealogy, antiques and gardening. She loved spending time with her cats and all animals she came across. Joy had a love and passion for all of her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday October 7, 2015 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371, Pastor Bonita Ritchie and Youth Director Ben Lilly officiating, burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Joy to Cove Springs Church
