Hay, Loretta age 83 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Born November 25, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio to Emanuel and Elsie {Heffner} Wintrow. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Billy J. Hay and siblings; Herb Wintrow and Esther Wintrow. Loretta is survived by her son; Allen (Tracey Caldwell) Hay of Tipp City and grandchildren; Ashley Elliott and Jordan Douglas "JD" Hay.

Loretta graduated from Tippecanoe High School in 1957. She enjoyed senior coloring and crafts. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow at New Carlisle Cemetery.
