Lehart, Lois E. of Tipp City died suddenly after a brief illness Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Born October 13, 1924 in Troy, Ohio to Otto and Bessie {Flora} Brubaker. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband William E. Lehart Sr., brothers; Howard and Harold Brubaker and sister; Alma Macy. Survived by her children; William E. (Carole Fritz) Lehart Jr., Dayton, Ohio; Patrick D. Lehart, Kettering, Ohio and Kathy (Michael) Coen, Campton, New Hampshire. Also surviving are grandchildren; Sonia (Scott) Buffenbarger, Jeff (Angie) Lehart, Tammy Warner-Minton, Dan, Colleen and Mary Coen, Scott and David Lehart, and Heather (Brian) Rayburn and 8 great-grandchildren. Lois was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church, Tippecanoe Senior Citizens and Senior Steppers, the Over 50 Club and Ladies Sodality and was a volunteer at the Gingham Clothesline all in Tipp City. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Friday, April 16, 2010 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 753 S. Hyatt St. Tipp City, burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation 5 to 8 PM on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, Ohio 45371 and one hour prior to Mass at the church on Friday. Contributions may be made in Lois' name to St. John's Church.
