Tofstad, Lindsay Scott age 72 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. He was born January 21, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Searle and Enona “Jean” {Palmer} Tofstad. Lindsay is preceded in death by his parents and the love of his lfe, Catherine F. {Henry} Tofstad. He is survived by his daughters; Brooke (Kelly) Carville and Sarah Tofstad and sister; Pam (Rick) Geiser. Also surviving are grandchildren; Preston, Bryce and Keaton.

Lindsay loved living and working on his farm, raising animals, and gardening. He was owner and operator of Lindsay’s Transmission in Tipp City for decades. More than anything Lindsay loved his wife, family, and living next door to his sister, Pam and brother-in-law, Rick. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City.
