Phillips, Linda Sue age 75 of Troy, Ohio passed away Friday, January 6, 2023. Born September 27, 1947 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Roy M. and Alene {Cox} Barnett. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Charles Phillips of Troy, OH, children; Tabitha Parkinson of Dayton, OH and Charles (Amanda Wolfe) Phillips Jr. of Christiansburg, OH. Also surviving are her siblings, Estle (Sherri) Barnett and Bob Barnett, three grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Linda loved collecting owls, shopping at thrift stores and going to garage sales. She was a member of the Skyview Wesleyan Church and loved attending bible study. Linda loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 10:00 AM until time of service at Noon on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Pastor John Hughes officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate assistance with funeral expenses.
