Mumford, Linda Lou age 84 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away following a brief illness on Saturday, March 21, 2026. She was born March 15, 1942 to the late Harold M. and Imo H. Mumford. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, siblings Gene, James and infant brother Bruce Mumford, brothers-in-law Paul Althouse, Allen Senseman and Fred Cook, Sister-in-law Linda A. Mumford and niece Michelle Pacocha. She is survived by Phyllis Althouse, Sandra Senseman, Carol Cook, Beverly Mumford, step daughter Tara (Glenn) Myers and grandson Tyler Myers and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved as her own.

Linda was a graduate of Bethel Local High School class of 1960 and a graduate of the Automation Institute of Dayton. She was employed by Dayton Power and Light for 25 years before going to Vectren. Linda was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and loved watching all sporting events. She loved supporting her nieces and nephews sporting events and making herself well known in the audience. Linda enjoyed knitting and crocheting many blankets and keepsakes for her family and friends. She enjoyed working outside in her yard, planting flowers and mowing her own lawn. Linda loved going to the Sauerkraut and Strawberry festivals every year.

Private services have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, Tipp City.
