Haas, Kevin S. age 71 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born July 7, 1953 to Howard M. and Sue M. {Hyre} Haas in Dayton, Ohio. Kevin is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Neill Haas. He is survived by his brothers; Tom (Michelle) Haas of Centerville, Ohio, Rick (Beth) Haas of Dayton, Ohio and sister-in-law Susan Haas of Piqua, Ohio. Kevin is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Jody (Jason) Gusaeff, Jaimee (Michael) Hardy, Stephanie (Thomas) Fulton, Nicole (Carl) Webb, Ben (Mindy) Haas, Emma (Stephen) MacGuidwin and Jackson (Mackenzie) Haas, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

Kevin graduated from Dayton Belmont High School in 1971 and attended Wright State University.  He worked for many years as a buyer for Parts Express.

Kevin was the youngest of four brothers who remained close friends throughout their lives. He adored his nieces and nephews, followed their activities, and was a generous uncle who remembered them at Christmas and birthdays.  Kevin was a gifted athlete as a child, and he loved basketball and golf.  He especially enjoyed playing with and taking golf trips with his brothers.  His sisters-in-law loved him, and they all took great pleasure in their monthly dinners together.  Kevin was also close to his aunts, uncles, and cousins and regularly attended family reunions.  He will be remembered for his kindness, decency, and quiet sense of humor.  Kevin will be missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 PM on Monday, June 2, 2025 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME , 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
