ALLEN, Keith L., age 63, of Tipp City, passed away suddenly at home Monday, February 29, 2016. Born May 10, 1953 in Japan to Chester and Betty (Harrison) Allen. Keith was a machinist by trade. He was very well known for his "haunted garage" that drew visitors from all over the area to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, camper and most of all - a story teller. He is preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his fiancAC., Charline Werts, Tipp City; one sister, Cheryl Elaine Simmons; one brother, Ed Allen; both of Texas and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
