Askins, Kathy F. of Tipp City passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. Born March 12, 1944 in Troy, OH to Hugh and Ruth {McMacken} Cramer. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Larry Askins. Kathy is survived by her children; Kelley (Maryanne) Davis, Fairfield, OH, Mike Davis, Willowdale, OH, Mica Pearson, Vandalia, OH, Claude (Becky) Jones, Tipp City, OH and stepdaughter, Cheryl (Tom) Kettlehake, Vandalia, OH along with 3 brothers, Tom Cramer, Huntersville, NC, Mike Cramer, Lebanon, OH and Bill Cramer, Royal Oak, MI, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Kathy was a member of the First Baptist Church, Tipp City. She was a homemaker and dearly loved her children and grandchildren. A public graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City; Pastor Gary Boggs officiating.
