Lesher, Kanko {Fujita} Morones 86 of Tipp City passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at SpringMeade Health Center, Tipp City. Born February 8, 1930 on Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, husband, Carl W. Lesher in 2000 and son Richard Morones in 2004. She is survived by 2 sons; Mario and his wife Paula Morones, Naples, FL and Mark Morones, Waukegan, IL, daughter in-law, Sonia Morones, sister, Chika Fujita, Japan, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Kanko came to the United States in 1952. She enjoyed gardening and was a great cook; especially Japanese food.
