Wise, Justine age 84 of Tipp City, OH passed away , Friday, March 8, 2019.  Born March 8, 1935 in Rickman, TN to the late W. Dewey and Inez {Sink} Bilbrey.  Along with her parents Justine is preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy Mae and Wanda Bilbrey and brother, Edward Bilbrey. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Gerald "Jerry" Wise, Tipp City, sons, Dan (Linda) Wise, Troy, OH, Tony (Holly) Wise, Norwood, OH and Greg Wise, Tipp City, OH and 4 grandchildren, Tyler Wise, Ezra Beudot, Jared Wise and Gabbie Wise and siblings, Johnny Bilbrey, Rickman, TN, Richard Bilbrey, Anderson, IN, Betty Jo Bilbrey-Bowman, Gainesboro, TN, Douglas, Hershel, George & Phillip Bilbrey all of Rickman, TN.

Justine enjoyed gardening, cats and birds and was a great cook.

Funeral service 5:30 PM, Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME.  Visitation 3:30-5:30 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of Justine to SISCA, 2600 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH 45419.
