Manes, Judith C. age 81 of Tipp City, passed away at Hospice of Miami County on Monday, January 13, 2020.  Born February 9, 1938 in Troy, OH to Allen and Roxie Goodin.  She is preceded in death by both parents and one granddaughter, Lindsy Allen.  She is survived by her devoted husband, David M. Manes, daughters, Kim (Ron) Ord, Tipp City, OH, Julie (Chet) Smith, Troy, OH and son, Joe Manes, Troy, OH along with grandchildren, Leah (Ryan) Rogers, Ivy Smith, Sarah (Jake) Lambert, and Andy Manes.  Judith enjoyed bowling, was an avid reader and loved cats.  There are no public services planned.  Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME; 327 W.
