Born April 15, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Ralph and Mildred {Miller} Jacobs. Judie is survived by her children, Bryan and his wife Angel Stastny, New Carlisle, OH, Scott and his wife, Christine Florea, Springvalley, OH, Audra and her husband Jeff Herter, Ashtabula, OH, fiancAC.e, Jack Tarbert, Enon, OH, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Judie enjoyed visiting Clinch Mountain in Tennessee, doing craft projects, watching old black and white movies and loved animals.
