Blackburn, Juanita age 56 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020, surrounded by family and friends.  She fought a long hard battle and now rests in peace. Born on March 27, 1963 in Dayton, OH to Paul & Fleta {Shackelford) Blackburn. She is preceded in death by her Father Paul, and Brother Johnny Blackburn.  She is survived by her mother Fleta Blackburn of Tipp City, OH, daughter Crystal Blackburn (Cory Bohn) of West Carrolton, OH, Grand-daughter Cwenlee Bohn and Brothers Eugene (Gail) Blackburn of New Carlisle, OH  and Carl Blackburn of Cincinnati, OH, Sister Peggie Chaffer of Cincinnati, OH, many nieces and nephews, and life-long family friends Becky and Jammie Ingels of New Carlisle, OH.

Juanita attended Bethel High School. She enjoyed an array of music, her loving pet and companion Ginger, but what she loved most was spending time with her granddaughter Cwenlee. She cherished all the time they had together. Juanita will be missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.

Funeral service will be 12 Noon, Saturday, February 15, 2020 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH; Pastor Branden Jones & Dorsie Fyffe officiating.  The Family will receive friends from 10am-12 Noon on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the funeral home. Burial to follow in West Charleston Cemetery. Donations may be made in loving memory of Juanita to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
