Myers, Joyce Ann age 91 of Bethel Township passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. Joyce was born August 6, 1930 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Lewis Clark and Thera {Davis} Dungan. She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband of 68 years, H. Bruce Myers, and sister, Lois Redd. She is survived by her children, Jeri (Larry) Seaton of Tipp City, Ohio, Gary (Connie) Myers of Greenfield, Indiana, Dan (Marcia) Myers of Kettering, Ohio, and Jim Myers of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Poetry (Chad) Davis, Kim (Joe) Weaver, Corey Myers, Chris Myers, Melissa Shields, Billy Shields, Stephanie (Jessica) Frye, and seven great grandchildren.

Joyce graduated from Columbus West High School and went on to be a Rural Carrier for the Tipp City Post Office. She was very active with the Tipp Senior Citizens and served on the Miami County Fair Board for many years, where she and Bruce were in charge of harness racing. She loved to read, work on the farm, and raise Black Angus cattle.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 from 10:30-12:30 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME , 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371 with the service beginning at 12:30 PM, Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating. The burial will follow at the New Carlisle Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Joyce to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420, or the Tipp City Senior Citizens, 528 N. Hyatt St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
