Cass, Joyce Ann age 79 of Troy, Ohio passed away Monday, April 28, 2025. She was born December 23, 1945 to David and Helen {Miller} Reynolds in Lima, Ohio. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Ronald Reynolds and Marilyn Reynolds. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years; Charles Cass, and her best friend since the sixth grade; Catana {Rabley} Ewing, her godchild; Kristi {Kitson} Kenny, Karlyn {Kitson} Blankenship, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Joyce attended Elida High School from 1960-1964 and was a varsity cheerleader and a member of the Elida High marching band and 1st chair clarinet in the concert band. Following high school, she attended International Business School in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and began her working career at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Lima, Ohio and became a Human Resources generalist. In 1975 she met her husband; Charles A. Cass at Westinghouse and they were married on December 23, 1977. In 1986 they moved to Troy, Ohio where she worked in human resources for a number of companies in the Dayton area including Standard Register, Hobart Brothers, The IAMS Company and Procter and Gamble, from which she retired in 2008. Joyce loved good food and she loved to shop. Shopping excursions with friends were some of her favorite adventures and she was well known for putting together an impressive wardrobe and shoe collection. She had a good eye for color and accessories and for choosing just the right gift. She also loved her dogs, including Peppi, Gidget, Fergi, Cookie and Sammie; but Cookie was her favorite. She especially enjoyed golf and she and her husband were long time members of the Troy Country Club where she met many members who became their golfing, eating and drinking friends. When her husband's parents were alive, she also enjoyed many annual trips to Red Wing, Minnesota to see them and his sister and her children in Minneapolis as well as boating on the Mississippi River and annual winter golfing trips to resorts such as Grenelefe in Haynes City and Saddlebrook in Wesley Chapel.

Private family services have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
