Miller, Joseph M. "Joe", 68 of Tipp City, OH passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 in Dayton, OH. Born October 8, 1947 in Dayton, OH to Anthony and Lydia {Hapner} Miller. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Brenda Miller and brother, Robert Miller and step-father, Walter Furlong. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Anna {Fine} Miller, daughter, Josie (Robert) Thomas, Tipp City, OH, son, Jesse Miller, Indianapolis, IN, brother, Daniel "Buck" (Barb) Miller, Dayton, OH and grandson, Brody Thomas. Joe attended Tippecanoe High School and proudly served his country in the United States Navy during Vietnam. He was a member of the V.F.W. and Eagles Lodge #2201, Tipp City. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371; burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the funeral home.
