Prewitt, John Will Jr. "Pap" age 71 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away, Monday, July 2, 2018.  Born April 12, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to John Will Prewitt, Sr., and Lela {Curtis} Prewitt.  He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Belinda Prewitt.  John is survived by his wife, Diane {Dolinski} Prewitt, Tipp City, Ohio, daughter, Stacey (Doug) Griffin, Tipp City, Ohio, sister, Arlean (John) Slaven, Huber Heights, Ohio and 2 grandchildren, Macey and Matthew Griffin.

John was a 1965 graduate of Wayne High School, served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during Vietnam and retired as Operation Manager from Duriron Corp., Dayton, OH. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Tipp City, Ohio.  John was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed caring for his vegetable garden, vacationing in Las Vegas and gambling.  He especially loved spending time with his family and grandkids.  John was a wonderful husband, father and Pap; he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Celebration of Life 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.  Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.  Donations may be made in loving memory of John to American Lung Association.
