Sheley, Joann E. 89 of Tipp City passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. Born May 29, 1923 in Tipp City, Ohio to the late Allen and Mabel {Allen} Beyl. She is also preceded in death by her first husband; James Bowman and second husband; John Sheley, brothers and sisters; John Beyl, Jane Seigle, Charles Beyl, Jessie Bussinger, Thomas Beyl, Gail Suerdieck and Ellen Irvin. She is survived by one son; Jeffrey Bowman, Venice, FL. Joann had worked as a clerk for Butler's Variety Store, in downtown Tipp City and was a member of the Tipp City United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM Friday, April 12, 2013 at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W.
