Spitler, Jerry E. age 65 of Huber Heights, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Jerry was born in Troy, Ohio on May 17, 1957 to the late Orville and Donna {Bucklew} Spitler. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Candy Wilson, and great granddaughter Miya. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Pam Funderburg, children, James (Shawnda) Hess of Troy, OH, Steven Walker of Piqua, Ohio, OH, Lynn (Monty) Reynolds of Troy, siblings Robin (Bob Steck) Hicksenhiser of Troy, Dawn Powers of Sidney, OH, Butch Spitler and Doug Spitler both of Troy, brother-in-law Randy Wilson now in Florida, aunt Donna Tammeveski of Moraine, 9 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Jerry was an excellent cook who enjoyed sharing his skills with his family. He had a passion for gardening and working on cars. He liked Nascar and was a big fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jimmy Johnson. He especially enjoyed his trips to Kentucky with Pam.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
