Holl, Jerry Robert, 71, of Troy, Ohio passed away at Sycamore Hospital in Miamisburg, Ohio, on Saturday, March 12, 2016. He was born August 11, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio, at Miami Valley Hospital to Raymond B and Mae G. (Grooms) Holl. He grew up in Tipp City, Ohio and graduated from Tipp City High School in 1962. He attended Eastern Kentucky University where he studied chemistry and computer science. He worked as a computer scientist at GM/EDS for more than 30 years. After retiring, he worked as a shop manager at A1 Sprinkler in Miamisburg. Preceded in death by his parents and infant brother Alan Holl. Surviving are his wife of 48 years Nancy (Holdeman) Holl and daughters Anne M. Fletcher of Grandview Heights, Ohio, and Erin Holl of Dublin, Ohio. Sister Judith Hanshaw of Tipp City; brother Thomas (Pam) Holl of Tipp City; brother Michael (Sara) Holl of Centerville; and brother Ronald Holl of Tipp City. Jerry attended True Life Community Church in Troy, Ohio. He enjoyed woodworking, traveling and golf and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
