O'Brien, Jeffrey D. age 58 formerly of Tipp City passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017. Born November 12, 1958 in Dayton, OH to Robert J. O'Brien and Betty D. {Barker} Borchers. He is preceded in death by his father, Bob, grandmother, Blanche Wardlow, uncle, Benny Wardlow and step-father, Nelson Borchers. He is survived by his mother, Betty Borchers, Springboro, OH, sister, Donna Nease, step- brothers and sisters, Jerry (Mary Ann) Borchers, Tipp City, Joyce (Carl) McGourk, Mableton, GA, James (Annie) Borchers, Kings Mill, OH, JoAnn Borchers, St. Augustine, FL and John (Dianna) Borchers, Tipp City, OH. He is also survived by nieces, Melanie Carnes and Jodi Conder and nephew Brandon Nease, as well as, cousin, Dougie Barker, uncle Larry Barker and aunt Barbara Barker all of Middletown, OH. Jeffrey was baptized at Zion Lutheran Church, Tipp City and attended Riverside School in Troy, OH. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371; Pastor Kristen Zimmann officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
