Seigars, Jane 54 of Tipp City passed away Saturday November 5, 2016. Born February 2, 1962 in Taegu, South Korea to John and Chong {Park} Shepherd Sr. She is predeceased by her father. Jane is survived by her mother, Chong Shepherd, Tipp City, OH, loving husband of 25 years, Billie J. Seigars, Tipp City, OH sons, Billy Jack Seigars, Tennessee, William Joseph (Amy) Myers III, New Carlisle, OH and daughter, Jessica Johneen Delaney also surviving are sisters, Mary Smith, Troy, OH, Hazel (Shawn) Barnhill, Leesburg, OH, brother, John Shepherd, Jr., Arcanum, OH and sister, Tammy Shepherd, Tipp City, OH, and 10 grandchildren. Jane proudly served in the United States Air Force and was the owner and co-producer of the television show; "Wood N Wonders". She enjoyed fishing and dogs; especially dachshunds. However; her greatest love of all was for her family and grandchildren. Special thanks to Highway 101 for appearing on her show as well as Hank III for spending time talking to her and autographing a photo for her grandson. Also, thanks to Joe Buck for talking with her and making her feel special and for the pictures taken with all of them. A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday November 10, 2016 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371.
