Schultz, James A. “Jim” age 80 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Wednesday April 15, 2026 at Stonespring in Vandalia. He was born June 30, 1945 in Tiffin, Ohio to Allen Schultz and Mildred {Meisner} Clay. Jim is preceded in death by his father Allen Schultz, mother Lucille Clay and step-father Leonard Clay, daughter Lori Schultz and sister Janet Spain. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Nedra {Cromes} Schultz of Tipp City and son Russell Schultz of Cincinnati, grandchildren Kyle Fulk, Kelsey Over and Kaelyn Belvins and two great-grandchildren.

Jim had a deep appreciation for classic cars and rarely missed a chance to attend a car show. He liked relaxing with his favorite TV programs and was a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns. Jim enjoyed watching his son play soccer, taking great pride in every moment on the field. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
