Peters, James E. 74 of Tipp City passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton. Born August 25, 1938 in Dayton, OH to the late Joseph A. and Odelia {Schirack) Peters. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Rae {Hoke} Peters in 2012, and sister; Joyce Shambeck. He is survived by his children; Michelle (Jay) Bell and Anthony (Christy) Peters, all of Tipp City along with sister; Joann (Bob) Hess, Somerset, KY and brother in-law; Scotty Shambeck, Virginia and 4 grandchildren; Kirsten and Jay Bell and A.J. and Lucas Peters. James was a self- employed tool and die designer. He loved car shows and showing his 1964 Corvette Stingray that he purchased new after he returned from serving in the United States Army. Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
