Myers, James W. "Jim" age 87 of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Jim was born on September 13, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James B. and Corda B. {Beal} Myers. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Richard Myers, and siblings; June, JoAnn, Jewell, and Joseph. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Charlene {Krieger} Myers, son James H. (Carey) Myers of Greenville, Ohio, step-children; Tammy (Stephen) Fiske, of Louisville, Kentucky, Randy (Sarah) Thompson of New Lebanon, Ohio and adopted children; John and Jennifer Myers. Also surviving are grandchildren; Patricia (Jacob) Braun, Aaron Myers, Jacob Fiske, Kendra Duibley, Noah, Macaleh (Joey) Yager, Mickey and Caleb Thompson, and one great grandchild, Beau Yager.

Jim proudly served our country in the United State Air Force during the Vietnam Era. Later, he went on to work as the Maintenance Supervisor for Trophy Nut Co. in Tipp City for 30 years. Jim liked to fish and was a member of the Troy Fish and Game and a former member of the Eagles. He enjoyed checking out books from the library and doing research.  Jim's greatest love was for his wife Charlene and his family.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at Noon at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
