Griffin, James Gregory "Griff" age 66 of Tipp City, OH passed away at his home on Saturday, November 20, 2021.  Born September 25, 1955 in Troy, OH to Harold and Lela {Whisman} Griffin.  He is preceded in death by his father.  "Griff" is survived by his mother, Lela Griffin, Tipp City, OH, his loving wife, Patti {Steineke} Griffin, Tipp City, OH, children, Michael Griffin, Troy, OH, Emily Lombardo, Columbus, OH and Thomas Griffin, Troy, OH.  Also surviving are brother, Jackie Lee (Ciria) Griffin, Tipp City, OH, grandsons, Vincent and Ollie Cain, great granddaughter, Everely Cain and several nieces and nephews.

"Griff" is a 1973 graduate of Tippecanoe High School and worked as a carpenter for Sam Rosengarden, Union, OH.  He was a member of the Eagles Lodge and a Cleveland Browns (Dog Pound) fan.

Visitation 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, November, 29, 2021 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371.  Memorial service will follow at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
