McGatha, Irma Jean age 90 of Oxford, OH, formerly of New Carlisle, OH passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Hospice of Hamilton. Born April 22, 1927 in Springfield, OH to Creighton Walley and Eva Ardean {Mason} Vogel. She is preceded in death by her parents, and step-father, Russell Vogel, first husband, Richard Smith and second husband Charles McGatha as well as one brother, Grahm Walley. She is survived by her daughter Vicky and her husband Randy Trostel, Oxford, OH, sons, Rick Smith, Columbus, OH and Steve Smith, Michigan, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday , March 6, 2018 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371; Pastor Mike Trostel officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
