Moyer, Heidi 46 of Tipp City passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Grandview Hospital, Dayton, OH. Born October 28, 1966 in Troy, OH to Joe and Connie {Welbaum} Moyer. She is preceded in death by her father. Heidi is survived by her mother, sister, Heather Moyer, Mishawaka, IN and sons; Jessie and Gage. A Celebration of Life service was held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Vandalia, Pastor David Starry officiating.
