Hillier, Harold G. 86 of Tipp City passed away, Friday, October 5, 2012 at Koester Pavilion, Troy, Ohio. Born November 5, 1925 in Fredericktown, Ohio to Ralph and Grace {Crawford} Hillier who preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years; Vivian in August and his brother; Harry Hillier. He is survived by his daughter; Cynthia Watson, Tipp City and son; David A. Hillier, Columbus, Ohio, 4 grandchildren; Gregg King, Darla Hillier, Dustin Watson and Deanne Hillier and 2 great grandchildren; Dominiac and Reilly Hillier. Harold served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean War, was a retired banker from Antwerp National Bank, a member of the Lion's Club and a life member of the Mason Thrall Lodge #170 and an avid golfer. Harold's wife, Vivian R. {Niebel} Hillier passed away August 30, 2012. She was born May 28, 1926 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio to Hugh Vernor and Rachel {Moreland} Niebel who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother; Richard Niebel. Vivian was a retired school secretary from Gahanna Chapel Field Elementary School and was active at the Antwerp Presbyterian Church. A joint service will be held for Harold and Vivian at Snyder Funeral Home, 33 E. College St., Fredericktown, Ohio at 11:30 AM, Friday, October 12, 2012, Reverend Keith Bohley officiating, burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.
