Jones, Gracie O. 81 of Tipp City passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on June 20, 1933 in Tennessee to the late Spence "Lowe" and Vera {Russell} Savage. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Jones in 1994, 3 brothers, Charlie, Olen and Edward Savage, and a sister, Ruth Savage. She is survived by a daughter, Carol (Michael) Cantrell, Omaha, Nebraska, niece, Donna (Adam) Meyers, Tipp City, grandchildren, Alexander Merle, Dakota Cantrell and Aerial Cantrell ( James Boultinghouse), great nephews Aaron and Evan Meyers, brothers and sisters, Bertha (Noble) Selby, Virgie (Earl) Cummings, Delmer (Irene) Savage, Helen (Charles) Jackson, Elmer (Cathy) Savage, Brenda Jackson and Jennie Rose Jones all of Tennessee. Gracie was retired from Inland (GM) in Vandalia, OH where she worked as an assembler. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Kentucky Colonel, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in both Tipp City and West Milton. She enjoyed blue grass music, playing BINGO and eating breakfast at Bob Evans. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2015 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371; Reverend Delmer Savage officiating, burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Dayton, OH. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
