Gary Lee Ortiz, 50 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away at his home Sunday, October 3, 2010 after a brief illness. Born April 18, 1960 in Baltimore, MD to Nestor and JoAnn {Jones} Ortiz. Preceded in death by his parents, and a brother; Victor Ortiz. Gary is survived by his wife Helen {Jezierski} Ortiz, daughter; Cassandra Ortiz, future son in-law; Brandon Jurusik and one sister; Sandra (Louis) Prettyman, Baltimore, MD. Gary served in the United States Army and retired as SGT First Class in 1998. He was employed by AT&T as a Project Manager.
