Sedam, Fredric W. "Fred" 68 of Tipp City, OH passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at his home. Born May 18, 1948 in Rushville, IN to the late Malcolm and Marilyn {Hossel} Sedam. He is survived by his loving wife, Diana Logan, Tipp City, OH, son, Alex Sedam, Tipp City and daughter, Lonna L. Sedam, Cincinnati, OH along with his siblings; Annette (Bob) Warfel, Richmond, IN, Scott (Jana) Sedam, Novi, MI and LeeAnne (Tom) Keim, Boerne, TX and step-father, Laverne J. Donner of Lockport, NY. Fred was a 1966 graduate of Centerville, Indiana High School, had a Bachelor's degree in English from Indiana University, a Master's degree in Political Science from Wright State University and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Although he had progressive Multiple Sclerosis for 14 years, he continued to work full time at Serco as a Computer Systems Analyst until retirement in 2015. In the last year of his life he enjoyed visits and Facebook connections with family members and many friends, especially those from CHS. Fred's quick wit, storytelling and love of rock music, the Reds and Indiana basketball entertained us all. His compassion and love for us live on. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 24, 2016 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371. Visitation from 2:00 until time of service at 4:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Fred to the National MS Society.
