Green, Eva Juliette Skaggs age 93 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018.  Born April 13, 1925 in Ayr, Scotland to Charles and Eva {Churchman} Stellmacher.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dellis Skaggs, daughter, Linda Daleen Williams, brother, Charles Stellmacher and grandson, Scott Wampler.  She is survived by her daughter, Sandra West, Union, Ohio, grandchildren, Nicole (Darrell) Freeman, St. Paris, Ohio, Lindsey (Bradford) Bailey, Clayton, Ohio, great grandchildren, Carson & Marlow Freeman, Madison & James Skaggs and Brodie Bailey. Also surviving are nephews, Tony (Angela) Stellmacher and Adrian (Lorraine) Stellmacher of Great Britain.

Eva came to America as a G.I. war bride in 1946. She loved her country very much and became a U.S. citizen in 1952. She was a member of the WWII War Brides, Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association, and First Presbyterian Church, London, Kentucky.  She enjoyed knitting, drinking tea and loved spending time with her family. Eva was a loving and doting mother, Grandma and Nan-nan. Her sense of humor was amazing. She was loved by many and will be missed greatly.

Funeral services for Eva will be 7:00 PM Wednesday June 20, 2018 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Visitation 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
