Raffel, Eva Y. age 83 of Tipp City, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Born July 2, 1938 in Burdine, Kentucky to the late Ervin and Delphi {Swindell} Potter. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Larry E. Raffel, and eight brothers and sisters. Eva is survived by her sisters; Ruby Collins of New Carlisle, Ohio, Joyce (Aaron) Lucas of Florida, and Emma "Sue" (George) Pelfrey of Vandalia, Ohio.

Eva retired from Inland GMC in Vandalia, Ohio. She is a former member of the Greenview Calvary Tabernacle in Dayton where she was very active. Eva loved her sparkly hats and to eat and visit at Mickey-D's.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 1:30 PM until time of service at 2:30 PM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Pastor Dwight Bergerman officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
