Adkins, Eldean "Dean" H. age 90 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022. Born August 5, 1931 in Greenup, Kentucky to Earl Billups and Martha Adkins Billups. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Daniel "Jack" Adkins and siblings; Glenna Fast and Paul Billups. Dean is survived by her children; Debbie Adkins, Las Lunas, New Mexico and Greg (Lu Ann) Adkins of Troy, Ohio, brother, Carl (Donna) Billups of South Shore, Kentucky, sister in law, Georgia Billups of Sidney, Ohio and brother in law, Bob Fast of Tipp City, Ohio.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tipp City. Dean enjoyed gardening, working at The Clothesline in Tipp City and spending the winters in Florida.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM, Saturday, July 16, 2022 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Pastor Reggie Osborne officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City.
