Bergemeier, Elaine Helen 93 of Bethel Township, Tipp City, OH passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at The Laurels of Huber Heights. Born November 4, 1922 in Dayton, OH to Jack and Hilda {Schell} Horton. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donald Bergemeier in 2011, sisters, Marcella Gacke, Rita Weber and Doris Kraft. She is survived by her son Bruce A. and his wife Lorna Bergemeier, Bethel Township, Tipp City, OH, daughter, Therese and her husband Jim Barkalow, Springville, IA, 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 19, 2016 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 753 S. Hyatt St., Tipp City, OH; Father Rob Waller, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, OH. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 18th at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371 and 10:30 AM on Friday at the church prior to the service. Donations may be made in loving memory of Elaine to Hospice of Dayton.
