Francis, E. Faye age 92 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Randall Residence, Tipp City.  Born July 21, 1927 in Lawrence County, OH to Oscar and Ida {Kingery} Massie.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leonard L. Francis in 2011 and brothers, Curtis, Russell and Hobert Massie.  Faye is survived by her children; Jerry (Candee) Francis, Miamisburg, OH, Phillip (Sandy) Francis, Lewisburg, OH and Jan (Mike) Stallons, Charleston, IL and 7 grandchildren.

Faye served lunches in the school cafeteria for Tipp City School, was a member of the First Baptist Church, Tipp City and Tippecanoe Senior Citizens.  Her claim to fame was she is the 4th great niece to Betty Washington; sister of George Washington.  No public services will be held for Faye.  Arrangements have been entrusted to FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME  327 W.
