FERGUSON, Dorothy Irene Westfall Hissong, 97, of Louisville, KY, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013. She was born in Bradford, OH to the late Fred E. and Opal Hunt Westfall; was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Tipp City, OH. Preceding her in death, other than her parents, were her two husbands, Elvin Hissong and Van Ferguson; and sisters, Gladys Thomas, Pauline Canan and Mary Bell Brown. Survivors include her daughters, Joann Penrod, Karolyn Simons (Jim) and Joyce Reed (Cliff); her step-son, Michael Ferguson (Chris); fourteen grandchildren, thirty three great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren, as well as a sister, Betty Meyer (Ray). Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 29, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Tipp City, Pastor Gary Boggs officiating. Burial will be in Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford, OH. Visitation will be 5 - 8 P.M. Friday at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City.
