Debord, Dorothy M. age 79, formerly of Tipp City passed away on, Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Born September 22, 1938 in Branch Hill, Ohio to Henry J. and Natalie {Winston} Holtke. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jerry DeBord and sister, Carol Kincaid. She is survived by her daughter, Natalie (Dave) Watson, sisters, Agnes Smith and Joan Bryant and 3 grandchildren; Ashley McGinnis, Joshua Watson and Jonathan Watson. Dorothy was a retired from Copeland Corp. in Sidney, OH where she had worked as a secretary. She was a member of both the VFW Post 4615, and American Legion Post 586 auxiliaries.
