Jacobs, Dorothea W. age 94 formerly of Tipp City, Ohio entered into the Kingdom of Heaven Friday, August 19, 2022 in the care of Putnam County Hospice at Lima Memorial Hospital with her daughter Debbie and close friend Pat Donovan by her side. Dot was born June 26, 1928 to Roy and Maude Clarkson in Washington Courthouse, Ohio. On July 29, 1947 she married the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Jacobs. They were a wonderful example of true love. Together Dot and Bob raised 3 children, Deborah, Robert "Franklin" and Laura. Over the years they took in many others and were always willing to help anyone in need. Dot's two favorite jobs were that of Homemaker and Home Health Aide for Miami County Hospice where she served the latter for 10 years. Dot is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son; Robert "Frank" Jacobs and daughter; Laura Jacobs, brothers; Orville, Virgil, Clifford and Bennie, sisters; Bessie, Ruby, Goldie, Florence, Lilly and Grace; Granddaughter, Elta and Great-Granddaughter; Vera. Left with many loving memories are her daughter, Deborah, daughter-in-law, Juanita; grandchildren; Michael, Wayne (Katie), Brian (Tabatha), Adam (Danielle), Chad (Leslie), Bekka (Brad), Tomas and Daisy (Neil), Great-Grandchildren; Ava  & Easton, Cillian, Austin & Allyson, Katie, Nivea & Hayden, Emma, Sage, Peyton, Colten & Waylon, Charles & Alex, Great-Great Grandchildren; Londyn and Greyson as well as many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. We will always remember her "Hug Box" that we all kept filled for her.

Visitation 5-7 PM Thursday, August 25, 2022 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 26, 2022 at the funeral home. Pastor Bryan Meadows officiating. Burial to follow at New Carlisle Cemetery.
