Hicks, Delores M. 79 of Tipp City passed away with her family at her side on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Spring Meade Health Center, Tipp City. Born July 10, 1934 in Tipp City, OH to the late Earl and Dorothy {Magill} Brown. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one brother, Gary Brown. She is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Hicks, Tipp City, children; Robert (Rita) Loy Jr., Russell Loy, Charles (Cindy) Loy, Richard (Denise) Loy, Jerry (Melanie) Hicks, Jr., brothers and sisters; Marilyn Patton, Martha Price, Marilyn (Gene) Johnson, Phyllis Morris and Roland Brown, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Delores had worked for Trophy Nut Company as a packer and was a member of the Eagles #2201 Ladies Auxiliary. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371, burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. Visitation from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Delores to Hospice of Miami County.
