Plunkett, Della Mae 86 of Tipp City passed away, Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Koester Pavilion, Troy, OH. Born October 12, 1928 in Dayton, OH to the late Ernest and Francis {Fox} Tron. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her siblings, Vera "Birdie, William Tron, Gene Resser, Howard Tron, Annie Senter, Caroline Gould and Betty Tron, and granddaughter Maddy. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Richard Wilson Plunkett, son, Dick E. (Donna) Plunkett, West Milton,3 daughters, Donna (Reed) Sevitts, Troy, OH, Denise Poe, Troy, OH, and Darla Kessler, Troy, OH and one sister, Patricia Petry, New Paris, OH, along with 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Della worked many years at Stouder Hospital. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading and flower gardening especially loved roses. Della was a good cook and baked great apple pies; passing her secret down to her grandchildren. She also possessed a talent as an exceptional singer. She will be missed by her family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 10:30 AM at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371, Chaplain John Shelton officiating; burial will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery, Vandalia, OH. Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
