Hale, Deborah "Deb" Adele age 70 of Vandalia, Ohio passed away Friday, January 24, 2025. Deb was born on March 31, 1954 in Lockport, New York to Donald and Joy {Norway} Barnes. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother; Jeff Barnes. She is survived by her daughter; Shannon (Jeff) English of Vandalia, Ohio, brother; Stephen (Kim) Barnes of Lockport, New York and a beloved grandson; Tyler English. Also, surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Deb proudly served her country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. She was a very snarky yet loving woman who had a love for life and God. She adored her family and friends with every fiber of her being. Deb enjoyed nature and wildlife. She took a special pleasure when it came to the holidays, especially Christmas. She was a great gift giver, and worked hard to make sure everyone felt included on the holidays. Deb's greatest love was spending time with her family and friends.
