Judge, David C. "Dave" age 46 of Tipp City, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 7, 2025. He was born March 31, 1979 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Dave is preceded in death by his mother Mary C. Fago. His memory lives on with his significant other; Eryn Hanes of Tipp City, Ohio, children; Alicia and Archer Judge of Tipp City, Ohio, siblings; Renee (Jay) Tillman of Live Oak, Florida, Crystal (Phill Dobbs) Judge of Goshen, Ohio and Duane (Amy) Judge of Jordan, Minnesota. Also surviving are nieces and nephews; Kylie Williams, Alexa Jaye Tillman, Eva and Jasper Dobbs, Parker, Sawyer, and Liam Judge and uncles; Alex (Judy) Fago and Stephen Fago.

Dave enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and hunting. He was affectionately described as a jokester, yet fiercely loyal. He loved his family deeply and was intentional at keeping a special connection with everyone, always working to bring the family together. Dave had an incredible green thumb and liked taking care of his aquarium. He enjoyed cooking and smoking all kinds of meats. Dave's kids meant everything to him. He was a protector and would do anything for them. While his life on earth was short, he lived more in those years than most do in a hundred with family being his primary focus. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends and many more whose lives were touched by him.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 27, 2025 at the family home, 6176 State Route 132, Goshen, Ohio 45122. Dave will be laid to rest with his mother at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Harrison, Ohio on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Guests are encouraged to meet at the family home at 10:00 AM to escort Dave to his final resting place. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in Dave's memory to please consider supporting his children.
