Hart, Connie Sue age 64 of Maplewood, OH passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017. Born July 23, 1952 in Troy, OH to David E. and Patsy Ruth {Cummings} Hart. She is preceded in death by both parents, and brothers; Dale and Thomas Hart. She is survived by her children, Daniel W. Hart (Stephanie Jobe), Leesburg, OH, Chrisa M. Hart, Hillsboro, OH and David Hart, Norfolk, VA, sisters, Bonnie Lowery, Maplewood, OH, Cheryl (Tim) Tabor, Hillsboro, OH, JoAnn Lorenz, Hillsboro, OH, sister in-law, Jeanette Hart, Greenville, OH and grandchildren, Caylee Clark, Corey Williams and Sophia Williams. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the Fayette County Hospice for their compassionate care of Connie. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Phoneton, OH. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
