Smith, Clarette age 95 made her transition on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at SpringMeade Health Center. She was born December 5, 1921 in Monroe Township to Rolla and Opha Smith. Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Phyllis (George) Kinnison, brothers Don (Bertha) Smith and Ted Smith, nephews, Peter (Gloria) Kinnison and Mark Smith. She is survived by sister, Ann Smith, nieces, Lynn (Chuck) Azukas, Lisa (Greg) Benedict, nephews, Jeff (Susan) Smith, Joe (Catherine) Kinnison, great nieces, Nilah (Rick) Hurley, Shauna (Doug) Jackson, Emily (Matt) Adamczyk, great nephews, Matt (Jessica) Azukas, Nathan Benedict, Tyler Benedict, Andy Kinnison, Charlie Kinnison and Cory Fraiman, great great nieces, Paige Hurley, Charlotte Adamczyk and Lily Grace Azukas, and great great nephews, Kyle Hurley, Kevin Hurley, Will Adamczyk and Weston Azukas. Clarette attended Tippecanoe Schools and Sinclair College. She retired from Frigidaire Division of General Motors with 30 years of service. We cherish all the fond memories of Clarette, beloved sister and aunt. We bless her in spirit with much love and gratitude for all that she gave us and the lessons she taught us.
