IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cindy Sue
Dull
February 15, 1957 – March 5, 2025
***LOCATION CHANGE***
Cindy Sue Dull (Coon), a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend, peacefully passed away on March 5, 2025, in Franklin, Wisconsin, at the age of 68. Born on February 15, 1957, in Troy, Ohio, Cindy was a vibrant and spirited soul who enriched the lives of all who knew her. Her journey through life was marked by her strong will and dynamic personality.
Cindy graduated from Bradford High School in 1975. Her high school years were a time filled with the camaraderie of friends and the thrill of youth. She went on to attend Wright State University, forging the path that led to personal and professional accomplishments.
In 1977, Cindy married David Dull. Their union brought forth two wonderful children, Matthew and Brooke, who were central figures in Cindy's world. As a mother, Cindy was both nurturing and adventurous, offering her children not just guidance but also introducing them to a life full of rich experiences and activities. She was famously the "cool mom," yet balanced that charm with a firm hand when needed.
Her role as a stay-at-home mom during her children's early years showcased her unwavering dedication to family, followed by a fulfilling career in sales. Cindy's natural charisma and sociable nature made her an exceptional saleswoman, as seen in her successful tenures with Newtone Fitness Center in Lafayette, Indiana, and WGLM radio station in West Lafayette, Indiana. After over 20 years in Indiana, Cindy moved to Chicago in 2000 where she worked for a time at the Nordstrom department store on the Magnificent Mile. She then moved to Franklin, Wisconsin, in 2009.
Cindy was a person who embraced life with laughter and shared countless moments with family and friends, bringing life to any gathering. Her resilience and determination were hallmarks of her character; when Cindy set her sights on a goal, she pursued it with unyielding focus.
Cindy was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Coon Sr., her mother, Juanita "Peg" Milbourn, and her brothers, Kenneth Coon Jr. and Gary Coon. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter through her sister, Charlotte (Steve) Thomas, her son, Matthew (Cassandra) Dull, and her daughter, Brooke (Ben) Koomler as well as her six grandchildren; Xion, Paige, and Grant Dull , James, Heidi, and Conrad Koomler.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 10:00-11:30 AM at One Hope Church of the Nazarene, 1221 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371. The funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM.
